trying to find manufacturer of toy farms/stable blocks in the 1950’s. typified by red roof. Britain scale?

Nice amature work, but quite prolific, so think probably a small team at work. I’ve seen a couple on eBay, and I have ‘Green Pastures Farm’ – another pointer is that the buildings are usually named, in 1950’s gothic script. Some have a hinged playboard, and doors are hinged expernally. I’d love to know who made them, where, if there are any books about, but mainly the name of the company. Thank you. Wheelwraps
